The website and its services rely on the following providers:

  • Web application host: to be completed (name, postal address and website of the host).
  • Supabase, Inc. — 970 Toa Payoh North, Singapore — https://supabase.com (database and authentication).

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland — https://stripe.com). Adlice never has access to your full card details.

Intellectual property

All elements of the website (software, text, trademarks, logos, images, graphics, source code) are the exclusive property of ADLICE or its partners and are protected by intellectual-property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without ADLICE's prior written consent is prohibited and constitutes infringement.

Use of the software published by ADLICE is governed by the End-User License Agreement.

Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, which you may exercise at contact@adlice.com.

Consumer mediation

Under Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute with a business, where a prior written complaint to ADLICE has not succeeded.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute regarding its interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
