Dans cet accord, nous utilisons quelques termes abrégés. Voici ce qu’ils signifient :

  • Éditeur : Adlice Software, c’est nous.
  • Logiciel : Le programme logiciel que nous fournissons, sous forme compilée.

  ACCORD

Ce Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final (« CLUF ») est un accord juridique entre vous (soit une personne physique, soit une entité unique) et Adlice Software (« Éditeur »). Il couvre l’utilisation de notre Logiciel, qui comprend le programme logiciel et tous les matériels associés.

En installant, copiant ou utilisant le Logiciel, vous acceptez d’être lié par les termes de ce CLUF. Si vous n’acceptez pas ces termes, veuillez ne pas installer ou utiliser le Logiciel.

LICENCE DE PRODUIT LOGICIEL

  • Version Gratuite : Cette version est gratuite pour un usage personnel, les organisations à but non lucratif et les usages éducatifs. Vous pouvez l’inclure dans des distributions CD-ROM/DVD-ROM, mais vous ne pouvez pas la vendre. Vous pouvez la distribuer gratuitement, à condition qu’elle reste inchangée.
  • Version Premium/Pro : Cette version peut être vendue à des particuliers ou des entreprises dans le cadre de votre activité.
  • Utilisation en Entreprise : La Version Gratuite ne peut pas être utilisée dans un environnement d’entreprise si une version Pro est disponible. Si vous souhaitez l’utiliser dans un cadre professionnel, veuillez acheter une licence.

1. OCTROI DE LICENCE.

Ce CLUF vous accorde les droits suivants :

  • Installation et Utilisation : Vous pouvez installer et utiliser un nombre illimité de copies du Logiciel.
  • Reproduction et Distribution : Vous pouvez reproduire et distribuer un nombre illimité de copies du Logiciel, à condition que chaque copie soit complète, inclue tous les avis de copyright et de marque, et soit accompagnée de ce CLUF. Vous pouvez distribuer le Logiciel comme produit autonome ou l’inclure avec votre propre produit, tant qu’il n’est pas vendu séparément, sauf s’il s’agit d’une licence de version Pro.

  • Ingénierie Inverse : Vous ne pouvez pas procéder à l’ingénierie inverse, décompiler ou désassembler le Logiciel, sauf là où cela est expressément permis par la loi applicable.
  • Mises à Jour : Les mises à jour du Logiciel sont fournies gratuitement.
  • Produit Unique : Le Logiciel est concédé sous licence en tant que produit unique. Ses composants ne peuvent pas être séparés pour être utilisés sur plus d’un ordinateur.
  • Transfert : Vous pouvez transférer de manière permanente tous vos droits sous ce CLUF, à condition que le destinataire accepte ses termes.
  • Résiliation : Si vous ne respectez pas les termes de ce CLUF, nous pouvons le résilier. Dans un tel cas, vous devez détruire toutes les copies du Logiciel.

6. COLLECTE DE DONNÉES

Le Logiciel peut collecter des données internes anonymes, y compris des informations de détection de logiciels malveillants, et les envoyer à nos serveurs pour analyse. Cette fonctionnalité peut être désactivée dans la version Premium. En utilisant la version Gratuite, vous acceptez cette collecte de données.

7. TÉLÉVERSEMENT ET ANALYSE DES DONNÉES

En utilisant le Logiciel, vous reconnaissez et acceptez que certains fichiers, y compris les fichiers exécutables, peuvent être téléversés sur nos serveurs pour analyse afin d’identifier les menaces de sécurité et d’améliorer le Logiciel. Ces fichiers peuvent être partagés avec des fournisseurs tiers pour renforcer les mesures de sécurité. 8. LICENCE

La version Premium du Logiciel est concédée sous licence en fonction du nombre d’appareils spécifié lors de l’achat. 9. RETOUR DE LA COMMUNAUTÉ

En activant la fonctionnalité « Retour de la Communauté » dans « UCheck » (toute version), vous acceptez de laisser le Logiciel collecter des données spécifiques de votre machine. Cela inclut des informations telles que la liste des logiciels installés, leurs numéros de version, les noms des entreprises et les emplacements d’installation. Les données collectées sont anonymisées pour garantir votre confidentialité et sont utilisées uniquement pour améliorer nos services et la fonctionnalité du Logiciel.
