YaraEditor gives the ability to import text rule(s) into a given virtual file. This feature is useful in case you have multiple rules already written into the yara form and you want to import them without re-writing everything.

To do so, you first need to open the target virtual file. Then, use the “Import” button and paste the content of your rules into it.

Important: As usual, the import doesn’t add live rules but rather creates single creation requests that you will find in “My Work”.
